Want a seat at our table? We are seeking an Engineering Enablement & Analytics Lead to help teams improve delivery predictability, developer productivity, release quality, and operational excellence through analytics, tooling, automation, and process improvements. The ideal candidate combines strong technical acumen, business insight, and a passion for enabling engineering teams to operate at scale. This role will partner closely with engineering leadership to establish meaningful performance metrics, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and identify opportunities to accelerate software delivery through AI-enabled solutions and workflow optimization.

The Main Course – Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional engineering programs, release readiness activities, enhancement prioritization and design reviews.
  • Support the transition and ongoing management of initiative planning, intake processes, and engineering capacity management responsibilities.
  • Evaluate and improve engineering workflows, leveraging AI agents and automation to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Build, implement, and promote the use of AI-powered agents to streamline engineering and operational processes.
  • Define and maintain effective engineering frameworks, including developer productivity, delivery performance, quality, and operational health metrics.
  • Facilitate engineering planning processes, including roadmap alignment, capacity planning, dependency management
  • Administer Jira, including workflows, fields, automation, dashboards, and reporting

What You Bring To The Table – Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Program Management, Technical Program Management, Release Management, or related experience within a software development organization.
  • Strong experience managing software releases and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience building, implementing, and using AI agents within daily workflows and business processes.
  • Experience improving workflows, implementing automation, and driving operational efficiencies.
  • Experience analyzing large engineering datasets and presenting insights to technical and executive audiences.
  • Experience maintaining engineering metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with cloud-based products, Azure DevOps, and GitHub preferred.
  • Experience as a Jira administrator maintaining workflows, as well as, with integrating engineering systems such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, Confluence, or related platforms.
