Want a seat at our table? We are immediately seeking a talented Logistics & Fulfillment Supervisor who will share our passion for market differentiation and excellence. The Logistics & Fulfillment Supervisor will have the opportunity to be an active participant in the growth and management of all warehouse processes, repair management and personnel development. This position will be responsible for supporting shipping/receiving, inventory control, RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process. This role will operate in an integrated way with the rest of the company as part of Ziosk’s systemic cross-company process.

The Main Course – Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop a team handling logistics, shipping/receiving, and inventory control.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, RMA processing, equipment repair, and safety compliance.
• Plan, assign, and review workloads to meet operational and client delivery goals efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels, investigate discrepancies, and implement process improvements.
• Manage order fulfillment for regular, international, and hazardous shipments, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
• Coordinate with internal departments, client directors, and external partners to support deployments and client requirements.
• Manage supplies, shipping claims, and vendor POs to ensure uninterrupted operations.

What You Bring To The Table – Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management, including at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven ability to create, document, and maintain process flows.
• Skilled in managing staff, coordinating third-party repairs, and delivery logistics.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficient with MS Word, MS Excel, and RMA/ticketing systems.
• Capable of multitasking and adapting to changing priorities.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and remain mobile throughout the day.
