Want a seat at our table? The People & Culture Administrator will provide day-to-day support to the People & Culture team. This role helps with onboarding, engagement activities, offboarding tasks, and general department operations, all while contributing to a positive and people-first culture.
The Main Course – Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the People & Culture team, including scheduling meetings, organizing documents, and handling team correspondence.
- Help maintain our HR system (BambooHR) by keeping employee information accurate and up to date.
- Support onboarding for new hires and assist with offboarding tasks for departing employees.
- Coordinate pre-employment steps such as background checks, references, and offer letters.
- Assist with preparing simple reports and team presentations.
- Help plan and coordinate employee events, engagement activities, and recognition programs.
What You Bring to the Table – Qualifications
- 1-2 years experience in an administrative, HR, or any other office support role
- Positive, approachable, and team-oriented with a passion for supporting people and culture initiatives.
- Strong organizational & time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple shifting priorities and deadlines.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); ability to learn systems quickly
