Want a seat at our table? We are immediately seeking a talented Logistics & Inventory Specialist who will share our passion for market differentiation and excellence. The Logistics & Fulfillment Specialist will have the opportunity to be an active participant in the growth and management of all warehouse processes, repair management and personnel development. This position will be responsible for supporting shipping/receiving, inventory control, RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process. This role will operate in an integrated way with the rest of the company as part of Ziosk’s systemic cross-company process.

The Main Course – Responsibilities

  • Oversee warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, equipment repair, and safety.
  • Plan and coordinate daily activities to meet operational goals efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • Monitor inventory levels, process parts requests, investigate discrepancies, and manage adjustments.
  • Support order fulfillment for regular, international, and dangerous goods shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, client directors, and cross-functional partners to meet client and deployment needs.
  • Maintain reports, metrics, and documentation to support operational decisions and compliance.
  • Manage supplies, file shipping claims, and process Sale Order and POs to ensure smooth operations.

What You Bring To The Table – Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehouse, logistics, and repair management.
  • Proven ability to create, document, and maintain process flows.
  • Skilled in managing staff, coordinating third-party repairs, and delivery logistics.
  • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient with MS Word, MS Excel, and RMA/ticketing systems.
  • Capable of multitasking and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and remain mobile throughout the day.
