Want a seat at our table? We're looking for a highly detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our Finance & Accounting team and take ownership of our accounts receivable function. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in Excel, enjoys diving into large, complex workbooks, and is driven to get the job done right - especially when the pressure is on.

As the Invoicing Specialist – Finance & Accounting, you will be responsible for preparing, validating, and processing monthly customer invoices. You will download large data sets from internal systems, manipulate and reconcile the data in Excel, and upload finalized billing files into NetSuite. This position is all about precision, process, and persistence — ensuring that every invoice we send is correct, on time, and well-documented.

The Main Course – Responsibilities

• Download and validate large data sets from internal systems to support monthly invoicing
• Manipulate and reconcile invoice data in Excel using advanced techniques (lookups, pivots, formulas, etc.)
• Upload billing files into NetSuite to generate and finalize customer invoices
• Maintain detailed and organized billing schedules and supporting documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer contracts are reflected accurately in invoices
• Respond to customer inquiries about invoices professionally and promptly
• Support month-end close with reconciliations and other billing-related tasks
• Identify and implement improvements to the invoicing process for greater accuracy and efficiency
• Step up during peak periods to meet tight deadlines with a positive, can-do attitude

What You Bring To The Table – Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• 3–7 years of experience in invoicing, billing, or similar finance roles
• Advanced Excel skills — comfortable working with large, complex workbooks and data
• Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems strongly preferred
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proactive, dependable, and adaptable to shifting priorities
