Want a seat at our table? We’re looking for a meticulous and proactive Contract Administrator to support our sales and finance teams by managing customer agreements, NDAs, and supporting contract negotiations. The Contract Administrator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day flow of standard customer agreements, including NDAs, Master Services Agreements, Statements of Work, Order Forms, and amendments. Working from templates provided by legal counsel, this person will support the Chief Revenue Officer and CFO in contract preparation, assist with redlines, and coordinate with customers to ensure smooth contract execution.

The Main Course – Responsibilities

· Prepare, review, and process standard customer agreements based on legal templates (NDAs, MSAs, Order Forms, etc.).

· Assist with redlining and basic negotiation support for non-standard terms under CRO/CFO guidance.

· Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including version control and status tracking.

· Facilitate signature processes using DocuSign.

· Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and legal counsel.

· Maintain organized and easily accessible contract records and documentation.

· Support ad hoc projects related to vendor contracts, compliance documents, and internal policies as the business continues

to grow.

What You Bring To The Table – Qualifications

· 3-5 years of experience in contract administration, legal operations, or related role.

· Prior experience working with SaaS agreements and understanding of B2B technology sales contracts is a strong plus,

including experience with Enterprise-level clients (up to $50 million in total contract value).

· Proficiency with DocuSign and general document management practices.

· Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Team player with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
