Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Artificial Intelligence Solutions Consultant, as part of the Enterprise AI team.

You will be responsible for driving the delivery of enterprise AI reporting, metrics, and insights that inform senior leadership, Operating Committee, and Board-level decision making. Sitting within the Enterprise AI team, this role provides an opportunity to go beyond reporting and help define the narrative and impact of AI across the enterprise.

This role partners closely with Enterprise AI leadership, CIO organizations, Lines of Business, and key AI partners (Finance, Risk, Cyber, HR, Legal, and Communications) to translate complex AI execution, performance, and data into clear, standardized, executive-ready reporting and insights.

The core focus of this role is leading the redesign and delivery of the enterprise AI reporting structure, including a centralized, digital one-stop shop, with a strong emphasis on automation, scalability, and AI-enabled reporting approaches to enhance how we measure performance and deliver insights.

In this role, you will:

  • Act as an advisor to senior leadership in developing a large cross functional team to identify and execute complex artificial intelligence initiatives that span a large line of business
  • Provide consultation to more experienced leaders in order to recommend solutions which solve business challenges
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex challenges ensuring the solution delivers the intended benefits
  • Leverage Artificial Intelligence expertise to evaluate technological readiness, data availability, and resources required to execute the proposed solutions
  • Provide direction on key issues which may arise during development or implementation
  • Cultivate relationships with clients to identify and develop a pipeline of future Artificial Intelligence opportunities which align with the strategic priorities of the business
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Artificial Intelligence Solutions experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 5+ years enterprise reporting, metrics design, or performance management experience
  • 4+ years delivering executive-level reporting and data storytelling

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience leveraging generative AI, automation, and advanced analytics tools to accelerate reporting, insight generation, and presentation development, with sound judgment on accuracy and appropriateness
  • Strong experience in enterprise and product/portfolio reporting, metrics design, and performance management, including defining and tracking product-level performance, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, outcome-focused insights for executive audiences
  • Advanced data storytelling, visualization, and written communication skills, with the ability to develop concise, executive-ready narratives
  • Proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, dashboard and report design, performance optimization, and integration of multiple data sources
  • Understanding of AI delivery lifecycle, governance, and risk considerations, including model lifecycle concepts, controls, and how metrics support enterprise decision-making and regulatory readiness
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and operate independently in fast-paced environments with multiple senior stakeholders

CA- Concord Pay Range: $185,000 – $300,000 Annually

NC- Charlotte Pay Range: $185,000 – $300,000 Annually

TX- Irving Pay Range: $185,000 – $300,000 Annually

    Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
