Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Treasury Management Consultant to join our Global Payments and Liquidity team within Enterprise Functions.

In this role, you will:

  • Serve as an individual contributor responsible for end‑to‑end account management and business development for a portfolio of Consumer Goods and Retail corporate clients within Wells Fargo’s Global Payments & Liquidity organization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client decision‑makers and stakeholders (e.g., corporate treasury, accounts payable/receivable), acting as a trusted advisor on treasury management, liquidity, commercial card, and merchant processing solutions.
  • Drive sales performance by developing and executing account strategies, managing pipeline activity, participating in regular deal reviews, and consistently meeting or exceeding annual revenue, pipeline, and client‑calling goals.
  • Lead and coordinate responses to client Requests for Proposal (RFPs), partnering with Product Sales Specialists and other cross‑functional teams to deliver customized, competitive solutions aligned to client needs.
  • Analyze and resolve complex, multi‑faceted business, operational, and technical challenges, applying deep knowledge of Treasury Management Consulting, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to drive successful outcomes.
  • Lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives, and Treasury Management Consulting projects, collaborating with peers, senior partners, and leaders while mentoring colleagues to support broader business objectives.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Treasury Management Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience working with large corporate clients with annual revenues of $500MM or greater
  • Deep knowledge of Treasury Management products and services, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Corporate Card programs
  • Familiarity with consumer goods and retail industry dynamics
  • Ability to advise senior leadership and influence long-term objectives
  • Demonstrated success in resolving highly complex business challenges requiring advanced analytical and strategic thinking
  • Exceptional ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships with large corporate clients, leveraging a consultative selling approach to identify client needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple business lines and functions to drive alignment and execution
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with senior leaders and clients


Job Expectations:

  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule
  • This position will require 25% of travel
