About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a LoanIQ Trainer – Commercial Loan Servicing professional to support operational excellence by combining deep system expertise, hands-on servicing knowledge, and structured training delivery for commercial loan servicing teams.


In this role, you will:

  • Lead and support training, coaching, and knowledge transfer activities related to LoanIQ for complex commercial loan products, with a focus on bilateral loan structures
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and trainer for LoanIQ functionality, servicing workflows, and best practices across the commercial loan lifecycle
  • Develop, facilitate, and maintain LoanIQ training materials, job aids, and process documentation aligned to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Lead a variety of servicing activities for complex commercial products, leveraging LoanIQ expertise to ensure accurate setup, maintenance, and servicing
  • Serve as a primary liaison and work collaboratively with Sales, Legal, Control, Risk, Technology, and Operations teams to support customer-focused servicing and training needs
  • Review and support complex loan servicing transactions, evaluate risks, and identify procedural or system-related enhancements to improve accuracy and efficiency
  • Act as an escalation point for LoanIQ‑related servicing or training issues, providing guidance and solutions to frontline teams
  • Conduct quality reviews and monitor key performance metrics to identify training gaps and opportunities for process improvement
  • Coordinate servicing and training activities to resolve open customer issues, support regulatory diligence, and ensure ongoing portfolio maintenance
  • Research complex business and operational issues and translate findings into clear, actionable training guidance
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements within servicing and training activities
  • Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to support operational readiness, system upgrades, and broader training initiatives
  • Make decisions in complex, multi‑faceted situations requiring a strong understanding of commercial loan servicing, LoanIQ functionality, and compliance requirements


Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Commercial Loan Servicing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience using LoanIQ, including setup, servicing, maintenance, and lifecycle management of commercial loans
  • 3+ years of commercial loan servicing experience with bilateral loan structures
  • Demonstrated experience delivering training, coaching, or operational support for LoanIQ or commercial loan servicing teams
  • Solid understanding of commercial loan servicing policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Ability to translate complex system and servicing concepts into clear, practical training content
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills


Job Expectations:

  • Ability to travel 30-50% of the time.
  • Ability to work hybrid schedule
  • Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening
