About this role:
The Lead Business Execution Consultant provides program‑level execution leadership for Payments Operations initiatives focused on the delivery of industry standards. This role owns consolidated program support, reporting, data analysis, and outcome tracking, and serves as a primary coordination point between Operations, program leadership, executive sponsors, and governance forums.
The role partners closely with Operations leaders to ensure delivery commitments are met, progress is transparent, and executive stakeholders have confidence in the execution of Operations deliverables.
In this role, you will:
Own operations program‑level support for a complex, multi‑year industry standards initiative, including milestones, risks, dependencies, and outcomes across Payment Operations
Partner with Operations leaders and program teams to support on time delivery of industry standards milestones and achievement of expected outcomes.
Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate.
Develop, maintain, and deliver executive dashboards, scorecards, and reports that clearly communicate Operations progress, risks, and impacts.
Coordinate preparation of governance and committee materials, including updates for program committees, executive sponsors, and related governance forums.
Support effective decision‑making by ensuring Operations inputs are accurate, timely, and clearly represented in executive‑level discussions.
Monitor delivery performance and proactively identify, communicate, and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies as needed.
Act as a trusted execution partner to Operations leadership, driving transparency, accountability, and confidence in delivery.
Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans.

Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Proven experience producing executive-level reporting and supporting governance forums, steering committees, and/or executive sponsors.
Strong data consolidation, analysis, and synthesis skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear executive insights.
Demonstrated ability to influence and drive outcomes in a matrixed environment without direct authority.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience in a management consulting or consulting‑style environment, including structured problem solving and executive communications.
Program or portfolio-level execution experience supporting complex initiatives within Operations.
Experience supporting large, multi‑year programs with significant operational impact.

Executive dashboards and scorecards
Program plans, milestone tracking, and RAID logs
Governance decks and committee materials
Data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
