Job Description:
Lead enterprise compensation analytics that shape pay strategy, labor decisions, and regulatory posture for a large, diverse workforce. This role delivers scalable models, dashboards, and insights used by senior leaders to manage cost, equity, and workforce risk across lines of business and geographies. You will act as a strategic analytics partner, converting complex compensation data into clear decisions that drive measurable business outcomes.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Design compensation models to assess cost, risk, and workforce impact of proposed actions

  • Build dashboards and reports that support compensation planning and regulatory requirements

  • Translate labor and compensation data into executive-ready insights and recommendations

  • Partner with business leaders to scope analytical needs and define success measures

  • Evaluate current and future state solutions to improve compensation analytics capabilities

  • Ensure analytics products meet legal, regulatory, and governance standards

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of analytics initiatives from intake through adoption

  • Develop scalable tools that enable consistent use across businesses and geographies

  • Guide and review analyst work to ensure accuracy, consistency, and value delivery

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience building compensation dashboards and data products used by leaders at scale

  • Experience utilizing SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, SAS, or other programming tool

  • Experience developing scenario models to assess financial and workforce outcomes

  • Experience analyzing compensation data to inform equity, competitiveness, and cost control

  • Experience delivering analytics that support regulatory or labor-related decisions

  • Experience partnering with business leaders to define and measure analytic success

  • Experience using data visualization tools to present insights for senior decision makers

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$100,000.00 - $179,000.00
