About this role:
Our Digital, Data, & Artificial Intelligence organization within Consumer Banking & Lending is seeking a Lead Data Product Management Consultant. This role is responsible for the delivery of strategic data and digital products that enable the analytics community to operate efficiently and at scale. The role sits within the Consumer Data Assets and Enablement (CDAE) organization, which modernizes consumer data assets, platforms, and analyst-facing capabilities across the enterprise. This position emphasizes strong product ownership, disciplined execution, and hands-on engagement with data, technology, and stakeholders. The role operates with moderate autonomy and is expected to lead well-defined problem spaces or product areas with measurable business impact.

In this role, you will:
Own one or more data or digital products across the full product lifecycle, from discovery and design through delivery, adoption, and ongoing optimization
Translate business, analytics, and regulatory needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlogs
Partner closely with technology, analytics, governance, and business stakeholders to plan and deliver solutions using agile delivery practices
Act as a primary point of contact for assigned products, ensuring alignment between product vision, roadmap, and execution
Perform hands-on user acceptance testing of data products and solutions to validate they function as intended, meet documented business requirements, and produce accurate, reliable data
Conduct hands-on data analysis across key analytic repositories to support data discovery, validate assumptions, and inform the design of new or enhanced data products
Communicate product roadmaps, delivery status, risks, and business value to stakeholders and leadership in a clear and structured manner
Lead or materially contribute to cross-functional initiatives that span teams, domains, or lines of business
Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of data, analytics, and integration needs of line of business partners to inform prioritization, roadmap, and architecture design, that influence and lead broader work team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level to senior managers to ensure data product solutions are built for optimal performance and design analytics applications across multiple platforms, resolve data product issues, and achieve goals; may lead projects, teams or serve as a peer mentor
Provide strategic input on new use case intake, prioritization, product roadmap definition, and other critical business processes
Manage complex datasets continuously focusing on the consumers of the data and their business needs, while adhering to set data governance
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of data product or data management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Hands-on experience defining requirements, managing backlogs, supporting delivery teams, and validating solutions in an agile environment
Experience working directly with data, including SQL, data modeling concepts, or analytical tooling
Experience working hands-on with Google Cloud and BigQuery
Experience leveraging GenAI tools (ex: Copilot) for productivity, including for analysis and generation of SQL
Familiarity with analyst-facing platforms, enablement tools, or data product ecosystems
Experience developing documentation, enablement materials, or self-service resources for end users
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence partners and stakeholders at multiple levels
Ability to analyze complex problem spaces and make sound prioritization decisions using data and business judgment
Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and the ability to learn new technologies, domains, and business processes quickly
Experience working in regulated or risk-managed environments
Previous data product or data management experience in Financial Services
Job Expectations:
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$119,000.00 - $206,000.00Benefits
