About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Product Manager – Lending Ecosystem & Integrations to own specific integration product areas within the broader lending ecosystem.
This role is critical for analyzing, planning, executing product features for conversions and ensuring reliable data exchange between lending platforms and downstream systems such as servicing, risk, accounting, and reconciliation.
In this role, you will:
- Own the product roadmap and backlog for one or more conversion platform domains (e.g., onboarding, Loan IQ delivery, downstream feeds, reconciliation).
- Translate conversion requirements into features, and stories aligned to platform strategy.
- Experience in end-to-end Loan IQ migration work stream
- Understanding of Loan IQ data model and APIs
- Balance new capabilities, platform modernization, and technical debt reduction.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Architecture, Data, and UAT teams to deliver reliable, scalable integrations.
- Manage dependencies across upstream and downstream systems in a complex AFS Loan IQ conversion
- Ensure smooth conversions to meet operational, risk, and control requirements.
- Act as the workstream product owner for business, operations, and technology stakeholders for assigned conversion areas.
- Collaborate with reporting partners to understand requirements, prioritize work, and manage trade‑offs.
- Provide clear communication on conversion stories, delivery status, risks, and impacts.
- Monitor conversion product team backlog health, data quality, reconciliation results
- Identify, automate, drive continuous improvement to reduce manual conversion processes, breaks, and operational risks.
- Support Conversion, data audits, risk assessments, and regulatory inquiries related to conversion procedures.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Hands‑on experience with Loan IQ conversions or similar lending systems.
- Familiarity with reconciliation, risk, accounting, or regulatory process of conversions.
- Experience working with large financial institution conversions.
- 5+ years of LIQ, AFS product experience.
- Experience delivering conversions on LIQ and/or AFS data platforms.
- Strong understanding of lending operations and system interactions.
- Proven ability to plan, track, produce features, stories to manage complex conversion dependencies and deliver in Agile environments.

- This position offers a hybrid work schedule
