Wells Fargo is seeking an AI Solutions Consultant to join our Talent Management & Learning (TML) organization. This role partners closely with business leaders to identify opportunities, shape AI‑enabled solutions, and guide the design of intelligent agents that enhance productivity, streamline operations, and accelerate delivery across a wide portfolio of Learning programs. The ideal candidate brings strong AI consulting experience, an ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable use‑cases, and familiarity with emerging AI capabilities; from design & facilitator agents to support rapid deployment cycles. In this role, you will:
- Analyze opportunities across cross‑functional business and operations teams, ensuring proposed AI solutions deliver meaningful impact and align with strategic priorities.
- Engage with business leaders to identify, assess, and prioritize AI‑focused use‑cases, including both existing themes and new high‑value opportunities.
- Recommend AI‑enabled solutions that address identified challenges, leveraging expert knowledge of the evolving AI landscape to shape agent design, workflows, and execution plans.
- Evaluate technological readiness, data availability, and resource requirements necessary to implement proposed solutions.
- Support development of solution roadmaps and ensure alignment to delivery expectations.
- Present recommendations to stakeholders, articulating benefits, risks, and considerations across development and implementation phases.
- Identify issues or dependencies that may impact execution and partner with teams to resolve them proactively.
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to achieve program goals and sustain progress across many ongoing initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Artificial Intelligence Solutions experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
- AI consulting experience supporting enterprise‑scale initiatives or internal transformation programs.
Desired Qualifications:
- Ability to translate business challenges into AI‑based solutions and design intelligent agent workflows (design agents, facilitator agents, etc.).
- Strong understanding of AI use‑cases, including multi‑channel information retrieval, automated estimation, workflow enablement, and productivity optimization.
- Experience working within fast‑cycle delivery environments.
- Exposure to Talent Management & Learning (TML) programs with an understanding of productivity and capability‑building objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to partner across functions and deliver recommendations to senior leaders.

Base Salary Range for Minneapolis: $110,000 – $179,000 USD
Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
