About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Digital Product Manager to advance GenAI use cases for our Commercial Banking credit teams. Partnering with our data science and technology teams these positions will drive product feature development to support high visibility / high impact in flight GenAI use cases.


In this role, you will:

  • Lead or participate in variety of complex functions within the digital environment.
  • Contribute to large-scale planning related to the execution of the digital strategy.
  • Review and analyze complex content strategy/creation, customer experience, analytics/research or product management that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
  • Independently resolve complex issues
  • Lead team to meet project deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of digital initiatives, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
  • Potentially lead projects, teams or provide direction to junior staff on less complex digital initiatives.
  • Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence digital products, initiatives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs across a functional area within the Digital environment.
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise.
  • Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking.
  • Coordinate highly complex activities and guidance to others.
  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have significant impact.
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise
  • Serve as an expert advisor to leadership.


Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of digital product management experience in an agile environment supporting banking/financial services businesses.
  • 5+ years of commercial and/or large corporate lending experience across a broad spectrum of lending products, collateral types, and business segments with an emphasis in credit/underwriting, credit risk, or portfolio management
  • Demonstrated experience delivering digital products from concept to production, in a cross line of business or enterprise environment including data sourcing and integration requirements with both internal and 3rd party/external providers
  • Proven experience sponsoring and overseeing delivery of complex GenAI use cases, including navigating risk, governance, data integration, and regulatory considerations.
  • Demonstrated experience developing measurement systems to support product performance analysis including OKR / KPI framework and model evaluation needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and consult with key business partners/subject matter experts and translate complex, technical concepts so that they are clearly understood in support of sound decisions to meet business objectives.

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$159,000.00 - $279,000.00
