About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a visionary and execution-focused Senior Lead Digital Product Manager to help stand up Observe to Agent, (O2A) capability for Wells Fargo. As part of the Chief Operating Office AI Center of Excellence (COE) organization, this role will drive enterprise-wide AI strategy and delivery by defining product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for Generative and Agentic AI solutions.

Leading cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle to build scalable, intelligent systems that enhance user experience, operational efficiency, and innovation while ensuring responsible AI practices.


In this role, you will:

  • Execute O2A lifecycle activities (Observe → Optimize → Analyze → Run).

  • Support configuration of Observe Assistant, activity tagging, persona behavior modeling.

  • Work with engineering to translate observed behavior into actionable agentic features.

  • Define enterprise strategy for O2A observation, optimization, and agent generation.

  • Build O2A operating model including governance, lifecycle stages, roles/responsibilities, and prioritization framework.

  • Determine scalable implementation pathways for persona coverage, behavioral insights, and continuous optimization loops.

  • Define strategic roadmap for enterprise Agentic AI adoption (autonomous workflows, memory, planning, tool‑use architectures).

  • Partner with AI, IA, Data, Operations and Technology leaders to align multi‑year roadmap.

  • Develop business cases for large‑scale agent deployment derived from observed tasks.

  • Govern intake, prioritization, and sequencing across businesses and functions.

  • Represent O2A/Agentic Strategy in senior forums (COO, AI, Ops leadership).

  • Build a repeatable business case framework quantifying efficiency improvements, SLA impact, and accuracy gains derived from O2A deployments, using examples from CTO Ops, Fraud, Claims, and Complaints.

  • Conduct observation deployments across selected personas and applications.

  • Build behavioral and task‑level insights to support productivity improvement.

  • Run end‑to‑end analysis of task‑level behavior, cognitive load indicators, and exception patterns.

  • Deploy SKAN.ai agents, configure masking, validate data capture, ensure compliance with governance and privacy requirements.

  • Operate and refine the SKAN Digital Twin: observe workflows, identify inefficiencies, and generate insights for optimization.

  • Generate structured process documentation (SOPs) for downstream automation teams.

  • Monitor continuous observation cycles and maintain audit/logging standards.

  • Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence digital products, initiatives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs across a functional area within the Digital environment.

  • Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking.

  • Coordinate highly complex activities and guidance to others.

  • Provide vision, direction and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have significant impact.

  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise.

  • Serve as an expert advisor to leadership.


Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Technical Mastery: Multimodal ML, Generative AI workflows, Agent architecture, automation design.

  • Product Leadership: Ability to define and scale enterprise-grade AI capabilities.

  • Systems Thinking: Designs operationally scalable, compliant AI systems.

  • Executive Influence: Shapes decision-making with senior leadership and technical domains.

  • Execution Excellence: Delivers complex AI services across multiple engineering teams.

  • Stakeholder Management: Strong communicator with cross-functional alignment experience.

Job Expectations:

  • This position is NOT eligible for Visa sponsorship.

  • Ability to work on site per Wells Fargo's standard operating model in the listed location (hybrid schedule – 3 days on-site & 2 remote)

  • The ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
