About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Digital Product Manager - Lead Product Owner - Cyber Threat Management as part of cybersecurity that will be responsible for building strategy & requirements for digital platforms and properties to achieve business outcomes.


In this role, you will:

Product Ownership & Strategy

  • Define and own the product vision and roadmap for CTM capabilities including red teaming, threat intelligence, and adversarial simulation.

  • Translate complex threat scenarios into actionable product features and security controls.

  • Prioritize backlog items based on threat landscape evolution, stakeholder input, and business risk.

Threat Expertise & Innovation

  • Serve as SME on offensive security, red teaming, and penetration testing methodologies.

  • Collaborate with internal red and purple teams to benchmark detection capabilities and simulate adversary behavior using frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK

  • Integrate threat intelligence into product development to anticipate and counter emerging threats

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with engineering, CTI, CSIRT, and architecture teams to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative solutions

  • Engage with industry partners, government agencies, and threat-sharing communities to enhance situational awareness and threat modeling

Execution & Delivery

  • Lead agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog grooming for CTM initiatives.

  • Ensure timely delivery of features aligned with cyber defense KPIs and regulatory expectations.

  • Support incident response and threat briefings with product insights and technical context


Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity product management or offensive security operations.

  • 5 years of red teaming, adversary emulation, threat intelligence, and penetration testing.

  • 5 years with threat modeling, detection engineering, and cyber kill chain frameworks.

  • Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., financial services, government).


Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with cyber defense platforms, SIEM/SOAR, and threat intelligence platforms.

  • Certifications such as CISSP, OSCP, or GIAC Red Teaming (GRT) preferred

  • Knowledge of cloud security, AI-driven threat modeling, and emerging tech risks

  • Proven ability to drive innovation in high-stakes, fast-paced environments.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and technical teams.

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
