About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking an experienced Agile Product Owner to lead the Litigation Services/eDiscovery product within our Legal department. This is a high-impact role for a strategic thinker who thrives at the intersection of technology, data, and client engagement. You’ll drive innovation in a highly controlled legal environment, leveraging data analysis to uncover insights, translating findings into actionable strategies for leadership, and building strong relationships with stakeholders to deliver exceptional outcomes.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large-scale strategic initiatives
  • Ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness of solutions, while managing operational pipelines
  • Research and analyze complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives, using data-driven insights to inform decisions
  • Communicate actionable findings to leaders, influencing strategies and driving measurable improvements
  • Work independently to make recommendations and provide leadership for support functions
  • Assist in planning and executing programs and initiatives focused on risk mitigation, operational efficiency, and client experience
  • Collaborate with team leaders to develop project plans, policies, and procedures
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while leading cross-functional partnerships to implement programs and services

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Strong project management and product ownership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with user testing and feedback loops
  • Familiarity with eDiscovery technologies and legal operations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to present data-driven insights clearly and persuasively
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to work at one of the posted locations
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule, in office at least 3 days a week
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
  • Relocation assistance is not available for this position

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$87,000.00 - $154,000.00
