About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a dedicated and collaborative Product Owner to join our Sales Engagement team within Home Lending Product. In this role, you will work closely with a Senior Lead Product Manager, the Home Lending business stakeholders, and Technology teams to drive the development, enhancement, and strategy of multiple CRM applications that optimize sales processes and customer interactions.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience overseeing technology products, excels at working with engineering teams in an Agile environment, and is passionate about delivering solutions that empower our sales force and improve client relationships.
Our Sales Engagement team is committed to transforming how sales professionals connect with clients and manage relationships, prioritizing innovation, collaboration, and customer-centricity. Home Lending Product & Platform is going through a transformation, and you will be on the front lines to evolve how we deliver solutions and products.
In this role, you will:
Act as the primary Product Owner for several CRM applications within the Sales Engagement portfolio, supporting the Consumer Direct sales force.
Work in close partnership with the Product Manager to align product vision, strategy, and execution with business objectives.
Collaborate daily with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to define detailed product requirements and deliver high-impact solutions.
Engage with sales professionals and business stakeholders to gather feedback, understand user needs, and identify opportunities for product improvement across applications.
Prioritize product features and enhancements across multiple applications based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews) and ensure smooth, iterative delivery with engineering teams.
Monitor product performance metrics, conduct market research, and analyze competitive trends to ensure our CRM tools remain industry-leading.
Maintain and communicate product roadmaps for each application, ensuring alignment with company objectives and sales engagement strategies.
Ensure compliance with relevant data privacy and security regulations in all CRM tool implementations.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
3+ years of experience in product ownership or product management, with a focus on CRM tools or sales engagement platforms.
Desired Qualifications:
Advanced experience with top CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot).
Background in SaaS product management and/or B2B sales technology.
Track record of increasing user adoption and engagement in CRM environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Proven success overseeing and delivering technology products in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
Strong understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management, and engagement strategies.
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Ability to analyze data, interpret key trends, and make informed product decisions.
Experience with Agile development methodologies and product management tools.
Demonstrated ability to drive user adoption and engagement in CRM environments
Job Expectations:
This position requires compliance with all mortgages regulatory requirements and Wells Fargo’s compliance policies related to these requirements. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and required reporting of certain incidents.

This position offers a hybrid work schedule.
