About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Product Manager to support Agentic AI capability for our Enterprise Complaints, Remediations and Loudspeaker (ECRL) operational process transformation.
In this role, you will:
Advise experienced leadership to develop or influence business plans, business requirements, direct product design and implementation for complex business and technical needs
Oversee overall product management and strategic focus for the most technical, complex and diverse products and services
Lead the strategy and resolution of complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth understanding of potential synergies, opportunities companywide
Deliver solutions that are long-term, large scale, and require consideration of global market dynamics, trends, regulatory impact, and risk management
Provide vision, direction and expertise to leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are strategically focused for diverse product lines
Articulate product vision, define scope, prioritize backlog, establish goals, and provide direction for teams to design, develop, and deliver technology and processes for updating, upgrading technologies and vendor relationships
Engage with leaders, stakeholders, subject matter experts, scrum masters, project managers and delivery team companywide
Serve as an adept advisor to leadership
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Experience building enterprise-wide capabilities which enable process automation across applications and operational efficiency.
Strong design thinking with understanding industry best practices, the evolving toolkit of technology solutions available within Wells Fargo, and the complex business processes across ECRL.
Capability to apply a structured approach for capturing key perspectives/views of the enterprise or business domain, including principals and standards that guide business architecture and design efforts
Results-driven: ability to deliver value and outcomes; inspires teams; enables organization to execute long-term plans
Critical thinking: ability to deal with complex problems
Ability to manage process improvement initiatives to optimize operational effectiveness and efficiencies
Knowledge and understanding of customer complaint, redress, and remediation policies and regulations
Successful integration and design of A.I. into existing services
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute short-term and long-term strategies related to effective and flexible use of people, systems, structures, processes
Business architecture experience to include business strategy impact analysis, conceptual solution design, and transition change management
Ability to see the big picture across multiple work streams to connect the dots
Demonstrated success in combining operational excellence concepts, such as standardized work and problem solving/continuous improvement, with software-based technology implementations
Job Expectations:
Ability to meet hybrid in office expectations. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
