Banking Inclusion and Partnerships helps CSBB “Grow” the “Right Way” by advancing financial inclusion and delivering solutions to meet the needs of all customers and communities across the financial spectrum. The team drives financial health programs to promote banking resources, services and increased access to financial education that help lead to a more inclusive economy for consumers and businesses.
The Lead Banking Inclusion Execution consultant is responsible for supporting the execution of financial education initiatives including:
HOPE Inside Program: In collaboration with Operation HOPE, Wells Fargo launched a free financial coaching and education initiative designed to support unbanked and underserved communities, regardless of whether individuals are Wells Fargo customers.
Banking Inclusion Initiatives campaigns and pilots to build brand and relationships and positivity impact financial inclusion.
Banker Financial Coaching: trained Wells Fargo bankers to help WF customers build financial skills through goals-based conversations and coaching support
This role is essential to CSBB’s strategic success, delivering financial coaching in select branches serving low- and moderate-income communities and advancing Wells Fargo’s financial inclusion goals.

In this role, you will:
Develop and manage program documents and presentations
Manage branch readiness/elevate materials
Activate program implementation through ongoing feedback phases
Manage onboarding preparation and procedures, including Attestations, Background checks, marketing materials
Supports risk and control oversight through monitoring and analysis
Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution
Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
Collaborate and consult with team and partners in developing project plans, policies and procedures
Provide support in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
Work with external partners to support unbanked campaign launch activities
Manage, monitor and analyze regular campaign reporting, sharing out results with internal partners and communications for storytelling
May represent the organization as a thought leader at events and speaking engagements, sharing insights and elevating visibility.
May support HOPE Inside in-market Grand Welcome event activations
May collaborate on PR strategy and external communications, contributing thought leadership to campaigns, grants, and partner initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
3+ years of banking execution experience
Effective decision making/critical thinking/problem solving skills
Demonstrated ability to execute, manage multiple priorities and drive for result with a sense of urgency and personal accountability for achievement
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
Experience developing presentations and data visualizations
Experience leading enterprise-wide projects and driving change management initiatives
Experience building strong relationships and collaborating across large organizations
Experience working with nonprofit organizations, trade associations, think tanks, or other third parties
Experience engaging with senior executives (inclusive of C-Suite), key influencers and stakeholders
Ability to handle highly confidential data on a regular basis and demonstrate discretion and diplomacy
Experience working with budgets, developing financial projections, and analyzing variances
Job Expectations:
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
This position offers a hybrid work schedule.
