About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Sr. ITAM (IT Asset Management) Coordinator. This person will be responsible for tracking our network asset's through there lifecycle including procurement, deployment, production and decommission. Ensuring all relevant systems of records are up to date and accurate. They will also be responsible for tracking our patch, vulnerability, end of life and config drift programs. They will use Service Now JIRA and a mix of internal tools to ensure data quality for our asset documentation.
In this role, you will:
Lead or participate in validating adherence network security policies across routers and firewalls
Manage data integrity for production networks including Internet Protocol backbone, data centers and edge pops across the globe
Identify gaps, risks and issues and navigate organizational structure to resolve them
Investigate and remediate network asset data inconsitancies
Apply knowledge of security and regulatory policies to design and implement validation policy adherence
Provide resolution information and work with other teams to complete impact analysis
Partner cross-functionally with other Product Infrastructure teams in order to continuously improve and apply standards and policies relevant to operational excellence
Act as an individual contributor verifying asset data.
Act as an individual contributor building evidence packages for out Patching and vulnerability program
Become fluent in all Wells Fargo Policy's and Tool's
update systems of record with correct asset data
Provide weekly metrics and reporting.
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Network Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
3+ Years Project management. Exceptional project management skills and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities to success in a rapidly changing environment.
Desired Qualifications:
3+Years Data analytics. Skilled at analyzing data sets, drawing out conclusions and trends, and communicating those trends to broader audiences.
Effective communicator. Writes clearly, compellingly, and in a way that breaks down complex topics into their most important components.
Problem solver. Able to consistently make excellent decisions through a combination of data analysis, judgment, and experience – including the ability to anticipate future consequences and trends and incorporate them into the organizational plan.
2+ Year running Patching programs for vulnerabilities working with engineering teams to track progress of patch deployments.
2+ Year running lifecycle programs for End Of Life (EOL) hardware refresh with engineering teams to track progress of deployments.
2+ Year running Asset Management programs for network hardware.
