Wells Fargo’s Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL) team is an integrated, forward-looking product organization with end-to-end payments, data, liquidity and associated lending solutions that enable our clients to achieve their business objectives in an evolving digital world.

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Change Implementation Consultant to join the Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL) line of business.


In this role, you will:

  • Participate in complex Treasury Management initiatives and identify and implement opportunities for new processes to support requirements within change implementation.

  • Apply project management skills and methodology to facilitate complex implementations, by scoping a project, establishing timelines, identifying milestones and deliverables and tracking ongoing projects to ensure successful completion.

  • Review basic knowledge transfer, data mapping, and account movement while exercising independent judgment to guide strategic initiatives that impact multiple systems.

  • Identify, and provide effective customer training methods.

  • Participate in process improvement or product development and enhancement activities.

  • Present recommendations for resolving data, logistics, project support issues, and exercise independent judgment while developing experience in risk and compliance requirements

  • Collaborate and consult with peers, sales partners, management, technology, and compliance.


Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Some one that has project management skills or experience.

  • Candidates should have an overview and clear understanding of Treasury Management Product Knowledge.

  • Strong Organizational and communication skills.

  • Build strong partnerships with internal and external.


Job Expectations:

  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship

  • This position is a hybrid work model. Must be willing to work out of the Chandler, AZ, Dallas, TX, Minneapolis, MN, Philadelphia, PA, or Salt Lake City, UT office approximately 3 days a week

  • Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities and/or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired. Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$68,000.00 - $114,000.00
