We are seeking a proactive and strategic Lead Compliance Officer to oversee the implementation and monitoring of regulatory changes across the enterprise. This role is responsible for ensuring that regulatory requirements are effectively translated into business processes, systems, and controls—without introducing undue risk. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of compliance frameworks, agile methodologies, and risk mitigation strategies, and will serve as a key liaison between compliance, legal, technology, and business units.
In this role, you will:
- Support process improvements to deliver sustainable oversight of regulatory change implementation, ensuring timely and accurate execution across impacted business units.
- Monitor implementation progress and validate that regulatory obligations are fully embedded into operational processes and systems.
- Identify and escalate implementation risks, delays, or gaps in controls.
- Conduct and coordinate impact assessments for new or amended regulations, evaluating operational, legal, and reputational risks.
- Collaborate with Legal, Risk, and Business Aligned Compliance Officers (BACOs) to ensure appropriate risk mitigation strategies are in place.
- Ensure that changes are implemented in a way that minimizes disruption and avoids introducing new compliance risks.
- Partner with Agile delivery teams to embed capabilities into RegTech platform
- Support discovery and development of user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases for technology teams.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track implementation status, risk indicators, and compliance metrics.
- Provide regular updates to senior compliance leadership and governance committees.
- Support internal and external exams by providing documentation and evidence of implementation activities.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business units, technology teams, and compliance partners on regulatory change matters.
- Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement in regulatory change execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive outcomes aligned with enterprise compliance goals.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Compliance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in compliance, regulatory change management, or risk oversight.
- Experience in highly regulated industries (e.g., financial services, healthcare, energy).
- Familiarity with GRC platforms and compliance systems of record.
- Professional certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, CRCM, PMP, CCEP, Agile/Scrum certifications).
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and implementation best practices.
- Experience working in or with Agile development environments.
- Proven ability to assess regulatory impact and drive implementation without introducing risk.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
