Senior Change Implementation Coordinator - Activation IC

About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking an Activation IC (Senior Change Implementation Coordinator) in Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL) as part of Enterprise Functions.
In this role, you will:
- Support product builds on Core Treasury Management products
- Work with multiple Lead ICs on customer requests
- Ensure that products are completed according to established timelines
- Collaborate with downstream partners on implementation tasks
- Utilize a multitude of systems and processes to perform product builds
- Ensure customer implementation data is accurately captured and recorded, and services are correctly set up
- Remain flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, deadlines and new surroundings
- Proactively identify and resolve problems/issues
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- 1+ years of Treasury Management experience in Service and / or Implementation
- Demonstrate a strong focus on risk mitigation, attention to detail, and ability to follow documented procedures
- Advanced Microsoft Office, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Exercise independent judgement and critical thinking skills to manage time, prioritize, and delegate tasks in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers, peers and partners
- Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment

Dallas, Texas (TX) – 1445 Ross Avenue (NOTE: Moving to 401 W. Las Colinas Blvd., Irving, TX in Fall 2025)
Chandler, Arizona (AZ) – 2700 S. Price Road
Salt Lake City, Utah (UT) – 260 Charles Lindbergh Drive
Must be based in one of the above locations or willing to relocate at your own expense.
Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
This position currently offers a hybrid work schedule.
