Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant in the Wholesale Operations line of business within Commercial Banking Operations (CBO) Servicing.
In this role, you will:
- Act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives and develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior management.
- Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to Business Execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large-scale solutions.
- Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale and cross organizational.
- Lead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans.
- Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership.
- Provide direction to a cross functional team using business expertise
- The Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant will be supporting FRY14 data quality, regulatory reporting, and implementing sustainable data processes within Commercial Banking Operations.
- This individual will be responsible for executing FRY14 deliverables and process improvements on time in coordination with the Commercial Banking Data Team, CBO production Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and Business Control Managers (BCMs).
- In this Senior Lead execution role, you will lead FRY14 deliverables / workstreams on behalf of Commercial Banking Operations, support status reporting, issue management and corrective actions. Engage CBO production SMEs and BCMs to identify defect /issue root causes, define and implement tactical / strategic fixes, support controls, checklists, procedural changes, training and communications, and coordinate historical cleanup in Systems of Record.
- Support testing and oversight requests from Data Management Insight (DMI), Commercial Bank Lending, Audit, IT&V, and Regulators on time and secure and present remediation evidence.
- Coordinate with Data Management Operations (DMO) team members to build foundational data processes and capabilities.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Extensive experience within Commercial Banking Operations Booking and/or Servicing businesses, and knowledge of commercial loan Systems of Record (Loan IQ, AFS) and processing.
- Ability to coordinate and collaborate with Operations Subject Matter Experts, Commercial Bank Lending FRY14 Program, and oversight teams on defect / issue remediation and Operations process improvements. Strong relations with Commercial Banking Operations organization a plus.
- Willingness to share business knowledge and train DMO team on CBO business processes, systems, data and controls.
- Strong executive presence and ability to lead senior management meetings. Candidate should be initiative-taking, organized, and have excellent written / verbal communications skills. Candidate should have strong critical thinking / problem-solving skills and intellectually curios to dive in and fix issues.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and associated risks.
- 3+ years project management experience.
- Process management experience within Commercial Banking Operations a plus.
- Data management and regulatory reporting experience a plus.

- Ability to work a hybrid schedule.
- Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening.
