We are seeking a Finance Executive to serve as the Chief Financial Officer for the National Branch Network. This executive will provide strategic financial leadership to the Head of the National Branch Network and the National Branch Growth & Enablement leader. This executive will also partner with senior leaders to drive performance, optimize operations, and support long-term growth.

As the CFO for the National Branch Network, you will:

  • Provide strategic finance leadership to the Head of the National Branch Network and the Head of National Branch Growth & Enablement.
  • Lead the strategic planning process.
  • Lead annual budget, monthly forecast, and actuals variance analysis.
  • Lead LOB Monthly Business Review deck process – follow-ups, agenda, content, packaging.
  • Responsible for core business metric reporting development in support of NBN.
  • Provide Finance support to senior NBN field leadership in support of workforce and growth strategies.
  • Support business case development for branch investments, market expansion, and transformation initiatives.
  • Maintain strong financial controls and risk management practices.
  • Collaborate with enterprise finance teams and other business units to align on priorities and share best practices.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing finance team


Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of Finance experience or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 4+ years of Management experience


Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in financial services or a global systemically important bank (GSIB).
  • Prior CFO experience supporting a Consumer business line.
  • Deep understanding of retail banking and branch operations.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to present to C-suite leaders.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to influence across complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Track record of driving large-scale transformation and change.
  • Commitment to ethical leadership and fostering an inclusive culture.

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$207,900.00 - $431,900.00
