About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant in Wells Fargo Auto product development group as part of Wells Fargo Consumer Lending group. This role specifically supports the incident impact analysis and subsequent root cause analysis reviews. Activities include: monitoring of incident identification, understanding & sizing impact, socializing to determine remediation needs, and root causing process breakdowns that led to incident occurring. In this role, you will:
Lead cross functional teams to identify incidents timely and accurately
Drive accountability for understanding impact and sizing to aid in limiting risk exposure
Facilitates discussion that determines remediation path
Analyzes root cause process breaks to understand themes warranting operating model change consideration
Owns the process end to end and considers improvements that create efficiencies
Collaborate and consults with members of the product team and team leaders to drive adherence
Required Qualifications, US:
5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Experience managing incident and defect lifecycles, including identification, root cause analysis, and stakeholder communication
Experience in risk management and control processes, preferably within a highly regulated industry such as financial services
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess impact, identify patterns, and recommend actionable solutions
Proven ability to influence, consult, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive resolution and accountability
Experience identifying systemic issues and contributing to process or operating model improvements
Proficiency with collaboration and documentation tools such as SharePoint and Confluence
Proven ability to facilitate high impact conversations, navigate conflict and negotiate for an outcome that balances the needs of the business
Ability to track and monitor progress, identify process gaps, recommend controls and communicate progress to business leaders
Skilled in navigating complex environments, prioritizing work, and meeting deadlines under pressure
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail, with the ability to convey complex issues in clear, business-friendly language
Job Expectations:
Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
This position offers a hybrid work schedule
