About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant in Wells Fargo Auto as part of Wells Fargo Consumer Lending group. This role supports the Product Development organization which is charged with innovating and enhancing our technologies to remain competitive in the marketplace. The role will specifically support identification of maturity opportunities for the product management processes, developing plans to drive improvements, and leading the execution of these activities. In this role, you will:
Observe product events to identify opportunities in execution & outcomes
Inspect data within the system of records for alignment to Agile & product standards
Explore product and Agile role & responsibilities to understand gaps
Maintain expert knowledge of Enterprise and industry best practices of Product Management & Agile practices
Prepare and maintain backlog of gaps identified
Propose & execute strategy that drives improvements in product team maturity
Required Qualifications, US:
5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
3 + years of Scrum Master or Product Owner experience within consumer financial services or another highly regulated industry utilizing Agile Methodologies
Expertise in Agile methodologies, including leading backlog refinement, writing features and user stories, managing product roadmaps, and driving end to end project delivery
Experience with one or more Agile tools used for managing user stories or backlogs, such as Confluence or Jira
Experience identifying strategic solutions to improve agile delivery
Highly refined communicator, with experience presenting technical & non-technical information in a manner that persuades, educates, and enhances understanding at all levels
Demonstrated experience in peer-to-peer coaching, with the ability to support a culture of continuous learning and skill development across teams
Ability to exercise independent judgment to identify and evaluate trends, isolate root cause, and provide swift/thorough resolution
Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
Job Expectations:
Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
This position offers a hybrid work schedule
