About this role:
Sales Enablement & Integration which is a part of Consumer, Small & Business Banking is seeking a Segment Readiness & Enablement Consultant. The Sales Enablement & Integration team is responsible for small business banker readiness integration activities, readiness programs and proficiency, advisory tools and insights, and the adoption of sales initiatives. In this role, you will:
Be Small Business Content Owner for Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL), Merchant Services and Payroll delivering readiness content and design
Create readiness and sale enablement tools to drive increased proficiency in partner referrals
Deliver solutions for Small Business Banking, Small Business Relationship Managers and National Branch Network to drive proficiency and sales tools to support client deepening opportunities with payments, payroll and treasury services
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Track record in developing readiness, enablement or role readiness content for sales teams
Ability to lead and support cross-functional teams such as product, marketing, sales enablement and operations
Strong skills in content creation
Communication and collaboration
Project & readiness execution
Job Expectations:
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
This position offers a hybrid work schedule.
