In this role, you will:

  • Participate in complex initiatives and identify, and implement opportunities for new processes to support requirements within change implementation
  • Review basic knowledge transfer, data mapping, and account movement while exercising independent judgment to guide strategic initiatives that impact multiple systems
  • Identify, and provide effective training methods
  • Participate in process improvement or product development and enhancement activities
  • Present recommendations for resolving data, logistics, project support issues, and exercise independent judgment while developing experience in risk and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, management, technology, and compliance


Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience reading and analyzing industry standard file formats, specifically as relates to payment processing (i.e. EDI, XML, etc.)
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Connexion
  • Experience reading and analyzing EDI, Flat File, BAI, MOD NACHA and other industry standard file formats (especially financial transactions, i.e. 820, 823, 835) Any other file format knowledge, especially: BAI-I, BAI-II, CSV, NACHA
  • Data Analysis, UAT/QA Testing, Job Execution & Monitoring (SDSF, etc)
  • Experience with mainframe processing (TSO, CICS), including running and monitoring jobs
  • Financial Electronic Commerce experience (ACH payments, Lockbox, Wire payments and other payment transactions including both domestic and international)
  • Experience creating file translation mapping documentation and/or detailed functional requirements
  • Proven experience in problem solving, attention to detail, and root cause analysis in a technical environment
  • Ability to communicate in a professional, accurate and clear manner to a variety of internal and external contacts (technical, non-technical, peers, management)
  • Ability to work in a high pressure, complex and changing environment with multiple tasks and projects on different platforms
  • Ability to work and set priorities independently, without direct supervision
  • Flexible and willing and able to adjust to changing situations and priorities
  • Ability to work as part of a multi-site virtual team, collaborating via Lync, phone, email, etc.
  • Experience as a liaison between sales/product & development teams

  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule
