About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Workplace Change Management Lead managing a global team to coordinate across multiple functions: workplace experience, workplace design, workplace research and strategy, project management, move management, technology, real estate planning, business unit relationship managers, and amenities operations to deliver an effective employee engagement model.


In this role, you will:

  • Provide vision and direction to set the overall employee engagement strategy, including research and data analytics, measures of success and total lifecycle loop for improvement.
  • Manage the operational effectiveness for unassigned desking / activity-based working across the global real estate portfolio, and address resolution of complex and unique challenges. Utilize analytical skills, knowledge of real estate occupancy, to deliver effective, long term and large-scale solutions.
  • Provide oversight for workplace consultants to deliver workplace change management implementation for project execution phases and scale the program.
  • Provide direction to a cross functional team using business expertise. Lead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans.


Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 7+ years of change management experience
  • 7+ years of real estate design experience
  • 5+ years of experience creating and implementing strategic plans and roadmaps at the executive level for enterprise-wide business initiatives
  • 5+ years of experience leading a global organization through a transformation from a project-based organization to a Customer Journey based on Agile methodologies


Desired Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in workplace change management and workplace strategy, design and planning for a matrixed company of comparable size, scale and complexity as Wells Fargo.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing change management, communications team focused on delivering workplace employee engagement programs.
  • Experience in assessing, synthesizing, generate a vision based on workplace research, real estate utilization data, real estate benchmarking and workplace experience best practices to form an appropriate solution for the enterprise.
  • Experience in prioritizing competing goals, gain consensus from various stakeholders, generate solutions, create implementation roadmap with supporting socialization and rollout programs, scale meaningfully and measure impact.
  • Strong execution and track record delivering strategic and change programs transformational across a broad group of stakeholders in a multi-year scalable plan.
  • Experience managing a global delivery team and coordinating across complex multi-functional teams and managing competing priorities.
  • Experience in solving multiple and complex challenges through critical thinking and cross-functional collaboration
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and influence/present at all levels to senior audience in a concise, informative, and timely manner
  • Strong written and verbal comms skills, including the ability to present complex ideas and/ or data simply and craft clear and compelling stories for exec engagement and influence
  • Workplace strategy, design, planning and sustainability content creation is advantageous
