We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager in the Payables Channels Product team within our Payables Product business. This role will manage the online and mobile (Vantage) Payables Product commercial strategy in partnership with our Digital Product partners. It will strategically align: 1) our customer experience “move money” journeys with the payables product propositions, 2) the Payables Product and Digital online/mobile strategic and 6-quarter roadmaps, and 3) delivery and commercial success of the joint roadmaps.

In this role, you will:

  • Jointly develop the strategy, proposition, risk & compliance objectives, and go-to-market activities across key Payable Channel online and mobile (Vantage) offerings with the Digital Product team.
  • Jointly execute strategic online and mobile (Vantage) experiences with the Digital Product team to drive revenue growth and expand share of client wallets within GTM’s payables suite of products.
  • Manage end-to-end Product ownership including pricing and portfolio profitability, risk events and issues, customer escalations, roadmap backlog prioritization, product collaterals, etc. for the associated portfolio of products.
  • Work with a team of Product Managers to achieve the team’s objectives.
  • Work closely with other members of the Payables team, Digital Product team, and PSS team to support delivery of Product strategy, P&L and roadmap.
  • Work closely with the Payables Product team, Payables Platform team, Digital Channels Product team, Technology and Operations to deliver on roadmap items.
  • Develop thought leadership content that is relevant for our clients.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes and competitor activities to inform strategic decision making.
  • In partnership with the Global Treasury Management PSS and Sales organization, cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, while identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and internal policies to uphold ethical standards and mitigate risk within the Product & Sales functions.
  • Participate and grow in a team of deep product subject matter experts that understand our client’s problems and can articulate solutions.

Required Qualification:

  • 7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree
  • 7+ years of Treasury Management banking with a focus on product management and/or sales
  • Experience successfully working with multi-functional teams
  • Experience as a Corporate Treasury Accounts Payable practitioner or Channel Product Manager preferred
  • Experience delivering payable solutions for Commercial Banking and Corporate Banking customers
  • Experience with engaging and presenting at industry forums and events
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards within the banking industry
  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness, with a focus on driving revenue growth and maximizing profitability

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time

Pay Range:

  • New York, New York: $133,300.00 - $237,100.00 Annually
  • Charlotte, North Carolina: $111,100.00 - $197,500.00 Annually
  • Minneapolis, Minnesota: $111,100.00 - $197,500.00 Annually
  • Tampa, Florida: $111,100.00 - $197,500.00 Annually
  • Dallas, Texas: $111,100.00 - $197,500.00 Annually
  • May be considered for a discretionary bonus, Restricted Share Rights, or other long-term incentive awards.

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$111,100.00 - $237,100.00
