About this role:

The ECRL Product Management and Delivery (PMD) team plays an integral role in having an enterprise view of our customer concerns, identifying risks in a timely manner, providing enhanced reporting capabilities at the line of business and Enterprise levels, and delivering a variety of benefits to the Wells Fargo Business.

The Lead Product manager will work closely with ECRL business lines and leadership across Wells Fargo. Accordingly, critical success factors will include the ability to operate effectively in a matrixed organization, develop partnerships with multiple businesses and functional areas, and demonstrate strong reputational risk and problem resolution abilities.


In this role, you will:

  • Lead complex initiatives including establishing marketing programs for new products or enhancements
  • Conduct market research and market results-oriented analysis for major products and services
  • Review and analyze complex major product lines and services
  • Implement change delivery solutions for the portfolio's technology process work of low to moderate complexity
  • Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations of global market dynamics, trends, and regulatory impact
  • Oversee risk management to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
  • Collaborate and consult with managers, stakeholders, scrum masters, project managers, and delivery team to resolve issues and achieve project goals
  • Lead projects, teams, or serve as a mentor to less experienced staff


Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with customer remediation/mediation.
  • Experience successfully collaborating with others in a change driven environment
  • Ability to influence and build relationships with LOB stakeholders, technology CIO leadership, external service providers, and architecture teams
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute short-term and long-term strategies related to effective and flexible use of people, systems, structures, processes
  • Demonstrated success in combining operational excellence concepts, such as standardized work and problem solving/continuous improvement, with software-based technology implementations
  • Ability to see the big picture across multiple work streams to connect the dots
  • Ability to manage process improvement initiatives to optimize operational effectiveness and efficiencies
  • Experience as an Agile Product Owner, Scum Master or Kanban Leader.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Six Sigma or reengineering disciplines
  • Ability to be flexible and adjust plans quickly to meet changing business needs
  • Experience successfully designing and leading deployment of workflow solutions within Pega software and ECRL technology
  • Knowledge and understanding of remediation/mediation policies and regulations
  • Knowledge and experience in Financial Services transformation efforts.
  • Knowledge of the banking industry business
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills


Job Expectations:

  • Ability to work on-site at one of the stated locations on the job opening
  • Ability to work a hybrid work schedule – 3 days in office / 2 days remote

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$84,000.00 - $149,400.00
