In this role, you will:
Engage with Sales Segment Leaders, Clients, and other stakeholders to understand needs and define acceptance and value-added business services strategy
Understand the competitive landscape, emerging capabilities, existing pain points, etc. to inform the strategy
Develop business plans, models, & justifications in support of product development & commercialization investment
Provide vision, direction and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant business plans, programs and initiatives which have significant impact
Own new product and capability deliveries through adjacent business management and commerce management platforms
Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise
Work closely with Business Enablement & Marketing to coordinate internal training and awareness + go-to-market strategy and ongoing client communications
Coordinate highly complex activities and guidance to others
Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise
Serve as an expert advisor to leadership
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
5+ years of experience within Merchant Services and payments acquiring
5+ years experience with Agile practices and frameworks to include Scrum, Kanban, and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Sharepoint
Deep knowledge and working experience within core merchant acquiring business: settlement, funding, reconciliation, and billing process; fee-based programs; multi-currency/dynamic currency conversion; and methods of payment
Experience working with third party vendors
Demonstrated track record of working effectively in a team environment, across all organizational levels, and building superior partnerships with a broad set of partners
Experience with large scale transformation initiatives
Demonstrated ability for self-management, problem-solving, and critical decision making in an efficient manner using strong analytical thinking
Proven ability to understand customer and end user needs and translate into delivery themes
Experience with business analysis, eliciting use cases and requirements from business partners
Entrepreneurial approach to product management: biased towards experimentation, execution, and moving quickly
Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills with proven ability to turn findings into executable plans
Job Expectations:
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
This position offers a hybrid work schedule

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$120,400.00 - $250,000.00Benefits
