About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Analytics Consultant to join the Financial Crimes Analytics, Monitoring and Surveillance (FCAMS) team as a leader in the Data and Platform Management Value Stream. The Senior Lead will be responsible for development and oversight of application performance monitoring tools to support Financial Crimes Risk Management application business owners in demonstration of their Control effectiveness. The role will be charged with ensuring platform development is complete, thoroughly tested and aligns to business requirements. This role will advise FCAMS leadership on progress towards tech initiative objectives, remediation efforts, and will provide key result reporting to executive leadership. In addition, this role will leverage their demonstrated technological expertise to review and advise business leaders on proposed application enhancement designs to ensure they are fit for purpose and align with long term business objectives.
In this role, you will:
Advise Financial Crimes Product Owners regarding application design, development and performance testing, working closely with technology partners to develop solutions satisfying complex business process needs; this includes recommending and initiating system testing and acting as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition, improvement to re-engineer technical processes for greater efficiencies.
Develop supervisory reporting of automated technology functions across the Financial Crimes platform and data application suite to monitor performance and identify potential issues.
Lead complex and unique initiatives to provide technological solutions with broad impact for cross functional businesses and technology teams.
Evaluate technology solutions to highly complex business problems, identifying potential deficiencies and ensuring they are fit for purpose and scalable to support future growth.
Understand and ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives.
Make decisions regularly for highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of domain and technology applications which influence companywide technology solutions.
Provide guidance and mentorship to individuals at all levels and provide advice to senior leadership on highly complex and strategic issues
Ensure communication and information flow between business and technology teams.
Contribute to the development of system documentation, including application job aides and Control procedures.
Evaluate moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of planning and direction conducted to resolve complex business problems.
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of Analytics, Reporting, Financial Modeling or Statistics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Qualifications:
Strong knowledge and understanding of regulatory compliance requirements surrounding USA PATRIOT Act and Anti Money Laundering (AML) requirements.
4+ years of experience with BSA, AML, OFAC laws and regulations.
SharePoint site design and administration functions experience.
Certified Anti Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS).
Excellent Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills.
Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment.
Experience with corporate wide systems such as Hogan, OIB, SVP or Mobius Archive.
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$111,100.00 - $197,500.00Benefits
