Currently they are looking to add a Trademark Associate with 4 years of trademark experience who can work out of their office in Dallas, TX.
Requirements:
- 4 years of trademark experience representing large brand owners.
- Training and developed skills in trademark clearance, prosecution, and enforcement; advertising claims review and label compliance; and advertising-related disputes.
- Prior experience working in a large law firm is preferred.
- Must enjoy working with others in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- References and writing samples are required.
