JOB SUMMARY
Vaco Technology is currently seeking an Azure Cloud Engineer for a 6M C2H opportunity that is located in Addison, TX 75001 (onsite 5-days per week). The Azure Cloud Engineer will design, deploy, configure, and maintain HA Enterprise Solutions, leveraging M365 and Azure. The Azure Cloud Engineer will oversee proactive system administration, technical tuning, uptime monitoring, and automation to ensure optimal performance.
- Provisioning IaC (Azure CLI / PowerShell / ARM Templates) | Managing Azure DevOps Repos / Branch Policies
- Building / Configuring Development Tools to Enhance Automation and Streamline Code Deployment, Focusing on Azure Operations and Application Setup
- Managing / Configuring M365 Services (Exchange Online / Teams / SharePoint, etc.) | Troubleshooting Infrastructure / Software Applications, Ensuring System Stability
- Defining / Implementing Configurations for Azure IaaS / PaaS Services, Ensuring High Availability, Data Redundancy, and Resilience per Industry Standards
- Securing Cloud Architecture by Overseeing Data Security, Application Security, and Identity Management (Azure VNet / NSG, etc.)
- Administering Windows/Linux Servers / Active Directory / Group Policies
- Developing / Monitoring Cloud Environment Policies, Ensuring Compliance With Legal, Regulatory, and Data Accuracy Standards
- Managing OnPrem / Cloud System Upgrades / Software Patches / Server Installations
- Working Closely with 3rd Party Vendors, Ensuring Projects Stay on Budget / Schedule
- Documenting Processes for Compliance | Communicating Across the Organization | Adhering to IT / Information Security Policies
