The Office of Admissions is searching for an individual with experience in application, admission, and enrollment processes as well as providing a high level of support and advising to prospective and admitted students, preferably in a higher education environment, to fill our Program Coordinator position. The Program Coordinator will provide critical operational and strategic support to international student recruitment and centralized graduate enrollment services for the UT Dallas Office of Admissions, working collaboratively across the Enrollment Management Unit, graduate academic units, and international partners to advance institutional student recruitment and enrollment goals. This position will help design and execute international recruitment travel and virtual outreach plans, support centralized graduate application review and communication workflows, and serve as a key liaison between prospective students, academic departments, and admissions and enrollment leadership, ensuring a coordinated, data-informed, and student-centered approach to recruitment and enrollment across international and graduate populations. Will manage recruitment logistics, assist with application processing and communications, and contribute to the continuous improvement of operations through reporting and process coordination. |
| Minimum Education and Experience | Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with 3-5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. |

Remote Work Notice This position is not eligible for fully remote work. Following successful completion of an initial training period, a hybrid work schedule may be available, subject to business needs and departmental approval. Employee must be located within the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex area and have the ability to be on campus for work activities as scheduled and/or with 24-hour notice. Completion and approval of a UT Dallas Remote Work Agreement will be required, and use of personal computer, internet, and other standard equipment may be required. Remote work arrangements are subject to regular review and re-approval and may be cancelled.
