| Job Summary | This position, reporting to the Lab Manager in the Office of Information Technology (OIT), is responsible for installing, maintaining, and upgrading hardware and software. The role also includes providing technical support to students, faculty, and staff in the OIT Computer Labs and walk-up support areas of OIT. |
| Minimum Education and Experience | Associate’s degree or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be considered. |

| Additional Information | Normal working hours are between 8am – 5pm, however, availability outside of these hours may be required. With supervisor approval, this position may work an alternate schedule. May be required to travel on/off campus by golf cart or own transportation. Internal candidates will be given preference in consideration for hiring for this position. No visa sponsorship available. Remote Work Not Available |
