| Job Summary | The Assistant Director of the Health Professions Advising Center (HPAC), under the direction of the Director of HPAC, will be responsible for efforts to advance the career success of pre-health students and alumni. The Assistant Director coordinates the Certificate in Biomedical Sciences post-baccalaureate program; supervises the HPAC student worker; represents HPAC at university events and cultivates relationships with campus partners; advises current students and alumni; and performs other duties as assigned in support of HPAC’s mission. |
| Minimum Education and Experience | Bachelor’s degree in related field and three plus years relevant professional experience; or any equivalent combination of education and experience. |

| Additional Information | Remote Work Notice: After the probationary period, this role may be eligible for a hybrid (partly remote/partly in office) work schedule, subject to business need and manager approval. Must be located within the DFW Area and have the ability to be on campus with 24 hours of notice. A UT Dallas Remote Work Agreement will be required within 14 days after approval.
