| Job Summary | The Clinician role is responsible for delivering brain health assessments, coaching, and training services through the Center for BrainHealth. This role administers and interprets the Concierge BrainHealth Index, prepares reports, provides client feedback, and maintains ongoing client relationships. The position collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized performance recommendations and support clinical research initiatives. Responsibilities also include coaching research participants, scoring assessments, conducting virtual feedback sessions, facilitating group coaching, and managing participant communications through an online platform. The Clinician supports the planning and delivery of brain health training programs, develops training materials, and assists with recruitment and program evaluation. In addition, the role provides administrative support including scheduling, client communications, and record maintenance. Success requires strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills; the ability to work independently and collaboratively; and a commitment to continuous improvement, participant experience, and compliance with HIPAA and IRB requirements. This position serves as a key member of the adult clinical research team while collaborating across the organization. |
| Minimum Education and Experience | Master’s Degree in Communication Disorders, Psychology/Counseling, Speech-Language Pathology, Special Education or related field of study or equivalent education and clinical work experience. |
| Preferred Education and Experience | Proven 3+ years of professional productivity; experience with assessments and administration of clinical services; testing and training of research participants, and client relations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are important. Experience with working in a customer service role is beneficial. Proficiency with Windows OS and MS Office Suite software. Professional demeanor and dress is required. Some public and private travel is required. |
