| Job Summary | The Athletics Video and Creative Production Coordinator reports directly to the Assistant Athletic Director for Creative Strategy and Social Media and plays a key role in supporting the development of game-day promotions, social media, and marketing initiatives. This position contributes to the department’s digital and social media efforts through the creation of dynamic visual content, including graphic design, photography, and videography. The coordinator is responsible for helping tell the story of UT Dallas Athletics by producing engaging, brand-aligned content, with a primary emphasis on meeting the department’s video production needs. |
| Minimum Education and Experience | Bachelor’s degree – Sports Management or Sports Marketing |
| Preferred Education and Experience | Preferred Education and Experience 3-5 years experience in creative services, preference for experience creating content for a sports team or organization; knowledge and commitment to NCAA Division II rules. |
| Other Qualifications | To the extent this position requires the holder to research, work on, or have access to critical infrastructure as defined in Section 117.001(2) of the Texas Business and Commerce Code, the ability to maintain the security or integrity of the critical infrastructure is a minimum qualification to be hired and to continue to be employed in the position. |
| Essential Duties and Responsibilities | The Athletics Video and Creative Production Coordinator reports directly to the Assistant Athletic Director for Creative Strategy and Social Media. This role supports the development of game-day promotions, social media, and marketing initiatives, while contributing to the department’s overall digital presence. The coordinator assists in executing the department’s digital and social media efforts particularly in graphic design, photography, and videography to effectively tell the story of UT Dallas Athletics while maintaining brand standards, with a primary focus on video production needs. | Additional Information | Must possess and maintain a valid Texas driver’s license with an acceptable driving record at the time of hire. Remote Work Notice After the probationary period, this role may be eligible for a hybrid (partly remote/partly in-office) work schedule, subject to business need and manager approval. Must be located within the DFW Area and have the ability to be on campus with 24 hours of notice. A UT Dallas Remote Work Agreement will be required within 14 days after approval.
