| Job Summary | The Jiang Lab at the University of Texas at Dallas is seeking multiple postdoctoral researchers in the area of protein-based therapeutics. Our research focuses on the design of novel proteins/antibodies and explore their biomedical applications. Our goal is to utilize these engineered proteins to precisely regulate intracellular signaling pathways, eventually translating these toolkits into biotechnology platforms and therapeutic reagents. Our research program integrates chemical biology, protein engineering, and cell biology techniques for therapeutic development. Candidates with expertise in cell biology, genome engineering, CRISPR-based screening, functional genomics, or C. elegans genetics are particularly encouraged to apply. |
| Minimum Education and Experience | Ph.D in a related field. Candidates who have successfully completed all requirements for the Ph.D. but whose degree has not yet been formally conferred may be eligible to begin employment provided they submit an official letter from the Registrar or Graduate School of the degree-granting institution certifying that all doctoral requirements have been satisfied and specifying the expected date of conferral. Appointment and continued employment are contingent upon formal conferral of the Ph.D. |
