| Job Summary | The Lab Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of a research laboratory supporting multiple ongoing projects. Working closely with the Principal Investigator and research staff, the Lab Manager plays a central role in coordinating study activities, managing timelines, and ensuring projects meet established milestones while adhering to research protocols. This role requires a high degree of independence, organization, and initiative. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable. |
| Minimum Education and Experience | Bachelor’s Degree in a related field. A minimum of two years experience with lab equipment and related facilities. |
