| Job Summary | Provide skills in the area of plumbing, electrical maintenance/repair, carpentry and/or painting. |
| Minimum Education and Experience | High school diploma or GED equivalent; four years experience in general maintenance duties or trade school; licenses as required. Or an equivalent years of education and/or work experience. Must have a valid Texas Driver’s license and a good clean driving record. |
