| Job Summary | The Associate Director for Research Advancement plays a pivotal role in advancing the research enterprise at The University of Texas at Dallas by leading multiple high-impact projects and strategic programs. This position is responsible for planning, executing, and managing initiatives designed to strengthen the university’s research profile. Working in close partnership with faculty, industry collaborators, and the broader campus community, the Associate Director develops and advances strategic programs that support growth, interdisciplinary collaboration, and external engagement. This role serves as a conduit across research, academic, and industry stakeholders to further shared goals and enhance the visibility and impact of research initiatives at UT Dallas. |
| Minimum Education and Experience | Bachelor’s degree in a related field; 5-7 years related professional experience; or any equivalent combination of education and experience. |
