| Job Summary | The Enterprise Application Services (EAS) team supports vendor and third-party enterprise applications and delivers sustainable, reliable services that enable campus partners to effectively carry out their missions through standardized, well-supported systems. This position serves as a primary application support engineer for the Sunapsis International Student Admissions application, supporting the International Student and Scholars Organization (ISSO), while also contributing to the support of a portfolio of other EAS-maintained enterprise applications as assigned. The role is responsible for the administration, monitoring, maintenance, patching, upgrades, and operational support of assigned applications to ensure reliable, secure, and compliant service delivery. In alignment with the EAS job family, this role works within ITIL-aligned Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes, participates in shared coverage and cross-training models, collaborates with peer engineers, vendors, and internal IT teams, and partners with application owners and departmental stakeholders to support business-critical systems across the institution. |
| Minimum Education and Experience | Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years of related experience or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be considered. |
