Position Overview
The Center for Professional Sales at UT Dallas is seeking a dynamic and relationship‑driven Program Coordinator to help expand the reach and impact of one of the nation’s leading university sales programs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building connections, coordinating engaging programs, and contributing to student success within a fast‑paced academic and professional environment.

Working closely with the Center Director and JSOM sales faculty, the Program Coordinator plays a key role in student recruitment, engagement, and program execution for the USCA Sales Certification and the Professional Program in Sales. The position also supports corporate partnerships, alumni engagement, and thought leadership initiatives that connect the classroom to the global sales community.
Minimum Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with 3-5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Experience coordinating programs, events, or initiatives involving multiple stakeholders

  • Financial aptitude or experience supporting budgets is strongly preferred

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Student Program Recruitment, Engagement, and Tracking (35%)
  • Coordinate recruitment efforts for sales programs, including outreach to prospective students
  • Manage student engagement initiatives that enhance participation and retention
  • Track enrollment, progress, and outcomes for the USCA Sales Certification and related programs
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting to support program assessment and growth
Event Planning and Student Worker Leadership (35%)
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute on‑campus and external events, including networking receptions, speaker series, competitions, and corporate engagement activities
  • Supervise and collaborate with student workers supporting events and program operations
  • Partner with corporate sponsors, alumni, and faculty to deliver high‑impact experiences for students
  • Support initiatives that promote recruitment, relationship-building, and sales thought leadership
Financial and Administrative Management (20%)
  • Assist with the Center’s financial operations, including budgeting, expenditures, revenues, and endowments
  • Track expenses and ensure compliance with university and donor guidelines
  • Assist with financial reporting and planning to support long‑term program sustainability
