| Job Summary | Join the UT Dallas Human Resources team as a Leave Analyst, supporting employees by administering Paid Time Off (PTO) and leave programs—including vacation and sick leave—in compliance with state regulations and UT System policies. This role maintains employee leave records in the PeopleSoft Absence Management and Accrual modules and oversees the Sick Leave Pool and Family Leave Pool to ensure accurate and consistent leave reporting. |
